The organization is working on a new compact SUV to compete with its rival Ford’s EcoSport. This SUV will be different from TUV300 and other Mahindra vehicles. It is expected that the upcoming compact SUV supports the Quanto derived 1.5 liter, 3-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. Once launched, it will be the smallest product from the Indian automaker that carries a higher sticker price than Quanto. The soon to be launched Mahindra S101 compact SUV is expected to produce ultimate power outputs near 90 bhp in both of its petrol and diesel variants.
